The juridical disputes between Brahko on one hand and MOOOI and Bertjan POT on the other hand regarding the right to produce and market the famous MOOOI Random lamp (see:  www.moooi.com) have been settled in an amicable way. Brahko accepts that Mr. Bertjan POT is the rightful owner of the copyright regarding the RANDOM lamp and that MOOOI B.V., established at the Netherlands, is exclusively entitled to have it produced and to market the lamp. Brahko for that reason shall no longer produce and sell lamps that are equal or are similar to the MOOOI RANDOM lamp and shall no longer use the name RANDOM, ORIGINAL RANDOM or RANDOM NOSTALGIA for any other lamp. MOOOI and Bertjan POT refrain from all financial claims against Brahko regarding the production and sale of copies of the Random lamp by Brahko during the past years.
